Terms & Conditions


1. Booking: The holiday is confirmed as booked when Chalet One Ltd dispatches written confirmation that the booking form, together with the deposit (or full balance) has been received.

2. Correspondence: All correspondence shall take place between Chalet One Ltd and the party leader. He/she shall be responsible for all payments for the party as a whole.

3. Payment: The final balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before departure otherwise we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled and cancellation charges will then apply.

4. Cancellations: Must be notified in writing to Chalet One Ltd.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

Up to 6 weeks before departure – loss of deposit.

Within 6 weeks of departure – loss of 100% of the total holiday cost.

5. Damages: Any damages must be paid for in full, prior to leaving the chalet.

6. Information: All details given are to the best of our knowledge correct. However, Chalet One Ltd do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies that might be published.

Please complete the booking form carefully and wait for an invoice for your holiday before paying your deposit or payment in full by cheque or bank transfer. All telephone and email bookings will be held for 1 week pending receipt of completed booking forms and deposit payments or payments in full as applicable. Full payment (total cost) must be made at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival, the full payment (total cost) must be paid immediately. We strongly recommend that you ensure that you purchase adequate travel insurance for your holiday.

We do not hire out ski equipment; we simply arrange for equipment to be ready for you in order to save you time and that's why we request weight & shoe information.
